13.02.2019 On January 22-24, our company “Impress-LKB” in cooperation with our partners “Matrix Flavors & Fragrances Sdn.Bhd.” and “Bakels Aromatic” held a technological training seminar on the topic: “Tasty solutions: flavours and additives from global producers “.
The seminar was held on January 22, 2019 in the conference hall of the Reikarts hotel, Kharkov and in Kiev, in the conference hall of the Ibis hotel on January 23-24, 2019.
“Matrix Flavors & Fragrances Sdn.Bhd.” was represented by the Chief Technologist of the company Ms. San San.
The company “Вakels Aromatic” was represented by a leading technologist Mr.Douglas Isbister.
In Kharkov, there were about 30 people from various branches of the food industry, such as dairy and sausages production, pastries and confectionery production.
The seminar was devoted to general information about the use of flavours, and its specifics in each industry.
In Kiev, there were about 40 people from the sphere of confectionery and bakery production.
There were considered more in-depth topics about the use of flavours and additives in the bakery and confectionery production:
– new methods of obtaining natural flavours;
– sensory evaluation of flavours and various research methods to obtain the desired flavor;
– all the details of the dough preparation process: baking steps, mixing process.
